The residential period for the year 2026-27 is from 19 August 2026 to 28 May 2027 (12:00 noon). The lodging charges for residential year 2026-27 will be confirmed soon. For your reference, the charge schedule for the year 2025-26 is available HERE.

　

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS
💻  Log in to your HKU Portal to access the residential membership offer letter and submit your acceptance.
📅  Acceptance of offer should be submitted before 17:00 on Tuesday, 2 June 2026
❗  Important: Failure to accept by the deadline will constitute a formal rejection of the offer.

　

WAITLISTED APPLICANTS
📧  If vacancies arise and you are considered for admission, you will receive an offer via your HKU Portal e-mail.
❗  Note: Those who do not receive notification by 30 June 2026 may consider their application unsuccessful
　

UNSUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS
If you wish to have your application reviewed:
💻  Log in to your HKU Portal and submit an appeal via the Hall Admission System
📅  Complete and submit your appeal form before 15:00 on Friday, 29 May 2026
❗  Note: Appeals submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
