The residential period for the year 2025-26 is from 20 August 2025 to 29 May 2026 (12:00 noon). The lodging charges for residential year 2025-26, subject to final approval by the University Council, will be available soon. For reference, you may find the charges for the current residential year 2024-25 HERE.

　

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS
💻  Log in to your HKU Portal to access the residential membership offer letter and submit your acceptance.
📅  Acceptance of offer should be submitted by 16:59 on Monday, 2 June 2025
❗  Important: Failure to accept by the deadline will constitute a formal rejection of the offer.

📧  If vacancies arise and you are considered for admission, you will receive an offer via your HKU Portal e-mail.
❗  Note: Those who do not receive notification by Monday, 30 June 2025 may consider their application unsuccessful
　

UNSUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS
If you wish to have your application reviewed:
💻  Log in to your HKU Portal and submit an appeal via the Hall Admission System
📅  Complete and submit your appeal form by 14:59 on Thursday, 29 May 2025
❗  Note: Appeals submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
